Male or female dogs over 100lbs. will be charged an additional $25 for surgery. Prices for services are subject to change.

Traditional fees for pet spay/neuter in Southwest Florida range between $190 and $600 depending on the size of the animal. As a low cost spay/neuter clinic, we save the average client $100 or more keeping money in your pocket while safely fixing your pet and helping to end the pet overpopulation crisis.

Procedures

Surgery is performed Monday-Thursday by appointment only. To book an appointment for your pet, please call the clinic at (239)514-7647.
Check in time is 8:00-8:30 am.
Pick up time is 7:30 a.m. the following morning.
The clinic accepts cash only for payments of services.

Your pet may not have any food after 12:00 midnight the night before surgery. Please provide kittens and puppies, younger than 4 months a small amount of food the morning of surgery, prior to bringing them to CSNC. Any health concerns must be relayed to the clinic staff at check in.
Feral cats must be in humane traps, one per trap.

All owned cats must be in a carrier and all dogs must be brought in on a leash or (small dogs) in a carrier.

*All healthy cats and dogs over the age of 8 weeks and weighing at least 2 pounds are eligible for surgery. Vaccinations and other services are offered at the time of surgery only. This clinic does not provide full-service veterinary care. Please contact your veterinarian for ongoing wellness services.

Pre-Op & Post-Op Instructions

Pre-Op Instuctions:

  • No food after midnight the night before surgery, water is fine.
  • Pets must be here before 8:00 am.
  • We ask that you PLEASE leave them in the car while you come through the check in process.
  • The technician will ask you a few questions than have you bring them in.
  • We are cash only at the time of drop off
  • Your pets will go home promptly at 7:30 the next morning.


Post-Op Instructions:
  • No running, jumping or rough-housing, they must be kept confined for the next 7-10 days.
  • All dog must be WALKED ON A LEASH, DO NOT allow them to run freely for 7-10 days.
  • There are no sutures to remove, they are internal and absorbable.
    The outer part of the skin is closed with a skin glue. This will break down in water.
  • NO SWIMMING OR BATHS for 10 days.Keep your pet from licking, you can use one of the following methods:
    • Bitter Orange ($6)
    • an E-Collar
  • Cats should be confined to a small area in one room for a week if possible.
  • We encorage everyone to have a relationship with a regular daytime veterinarian.
  • Any problems DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE SURGERY will be seen here for free.
  • All pets recieve a small tattoo on their abdomen indicating that they have been spayed/neutered.
